I took a walk one summer’s evening, winding my way along the lanes which hug Chalice Hill in my home town of Glastonbury. Dusk was pulling in, that liminal time where those things unseen can sometimes be glimpsed through the veil. An image came to me: three women, a trinity, their hair entwined and entangled. I began working on this piece not knowing who these women were but knowing that they were important. Over time, I have come to believe that they are, in fact, the Norns. This piece will be appearing in the 2017 Earth Pathways Diary.
